Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service before work begins or at any stage of the project. However, the cancellation will be subject to the stage of the project and resource allocation at the time of the request.

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on administrative costs already incurred.
  • After Project Commencement: If work has already begun, cancellation may be allowed but only a partial refund (if any) will be issued, based on the work completed, resources utilized, and time spent.
  • Non-Cancellable Services: Services that are time-bound, campaign-based (like Google Ads, Meta Ads), or purchased from third-party platforms on your behalf (e.g., domain registrations, software subscriptions) are non-cancellable once initiated.

Clients are advised to communicate all cancellation requests in writing via email at Query@Sabhika.com.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the type of service and the work completed at the time of the request.

  • Digital Services: As a service-based company, once a service is rendered, no refunds will be issued for completed work. This includes SEO efforts, social media posts, ad campaign management, strategy development, and content creation.
  • Advance Payments: If you’ve paid in advance for a package or plan, and decide not to continue, partial refunds may be granted only for the portion of the project not yet executed.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup fees, onboarding costs, or third-party licensing costs are non-refundable once processed.
  • Custom Work: Custom-built services such as website design, branding kits, or performance marketing plans are non-refundable if work has already been initiated or delivered.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sabhika.com management and will be evaluated fairly based on the scope and delivery status.

Refund Process & Duration

If your refund is approved, we aim to process it efficiently and securely.

  • Submission: To initiate a refund, send an official request with your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund to Hello@Sabhika.com.
  • Evaluation: We will evaluate the request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the decision.
  • Approval & Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Sabhika.com is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that conflict with our service agreement or have malicious or fraudulent intent.
